I have a problem with my iTunes

A problem I have with my iPhone 5 is the Capacity and it has 0.01 GB Free which is weird to me. Here's the picture ImageUploadedByTapatalk1351893576.666953.jpg

Unless I'm misreading the photo, you need to remove some songs. If, however, you don't have a lot of songs or any songs at all, try rebooting your device and check your storage level again while not attached to iTunes.
