Changing from PC to MacBook Pro

Hey guys. I am getting a MacBook Pro for my wife and I have no clue how to get all of our music and movies off of iTunes and put it on the MacBook? Any tips?

Copy the entire iTunes folder from your pc (user->my music) into the music folder on iTunes. That's what I did when I switched forever ago.
