Songs Not Showing In Music App

I bought a song on my iPhone 4S via iTunes today. The song says it downloaded, yet it doesn't show up in my library, nor is it on my MBP. The only way I can access it is to go to the iTunes Store and play it from the "purchased" tab. I have iTunes match enabled, automatic downloads enabled, and even said to use cellular data if necessary.

Bought the song 6 hours ago and it's not yet in my library. This is inducing a serious WTF moment. This has never happened before. Any clues?
