iTunes (with Match enabled) Cycles Through Songs Without Playing

When I start iTunes (with Match enabled) and select a song, or tap 'Shuffle', iTunes only scrolls through the songs, flipping through each song (title, album art, etc.) without actually playing any music. It just started happening today. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have been using iTunes with Match enabled for quite a while, so I'm familiar with the settings, and have reset my Match and iTunes settings but to no avail.

Update: Agreeing to the new iTunes T&Cs resolved this issue.
