    When trying to sync my new iPhone 5 then this message appears (although all my apps been downloading through the App Store). Can anyone help???

    I am getting the same error message when trying to sync my 4s. I am running iOS6 with iTunes 10.7 It is also not syncing some music files that were added from cds. It shows the songs on my phone but they are greyed out so that you can not select them. I feel like it has something to do with the sync not completing once that error message comes up. Hoping someone here will know the fix to this problem!

    I had that. Just power cycled my iPhone 5 and tried again. It worked after that.
