Audiobook bought on my iPad

How do I get an audiobook that I just bought on my iPad to my iPhone? It does not show up anywhere in my purchases my music in the cloud or anywhere when I look for it on my phone. But when I try to buy it on my phone it tells me that I have already purchased it and would I like to purchase it again. I just need to get it to my phone for the commute to work? Thanks

No I can't open up iTunes on the computer another issue altogether. It says I already purchased it but no where will it let me download it.
