I am running a Win7 64 machine and every time I try to update to the beta of iTunes, it fails, telling me that it can't access a specific key in the registry. There seems to be nothing I can do to fix it, either, so I have to roll back to the older version (which requires running the .msi from my hard drive).

My question is, why? The older version reinstalls with no problems, yet the newer version refuses to install.

Anyone else with the same problem?

Thought I would see if anyone else was suffering from this. I am still unable to install the newest version of iTunes.

Would love some help, here.
