Jailbroken iPhone and iTunes 10.2

Are these two friendly?

I've heard some people's phone's will sync, and some won't.

It must be a difference in something user related ie. iTunes settings, JB method, etc. I had a JBen iPhone and still have a JBen iPad. I got the iTunes update the minute it was out. I synced my phone many times just like normal and continue to sync my iPad.
