Transfer Video To iTunes

Can anyone help me with my video question? I shot video on my iPhone 4 over the weekend at a concert and it is taking up almost 6 GB on my phone. I would like to transfer the video to my iTunes so that I can still have it, but not take up space on my phone. Kind of like the same process as with voice memos. Does anyone know what to do? Thanks

if you are on a Mac, import the videos with iPhoto. If you are on Windows, your iPhone *should* mount like a USB drive when connected to your PC, and you can get the videos out by going to "My Computer", your iPhone and then looking for the large files.
