hot to add Application via itunes

How can i add an application say sbsetting to my iphone 3g via itunes or TransManager.
Please help i am very new to iphone and i dont want to add via Cydia

You have to to jailbreak your phone to add SBSettings to your phone. Installing through Cydia is the only way that I know how to.
