Itunes Growl Settings?

ok, for some reason i get this when i open itunes. i just upgraded to vista sp2, and hadnt noticed that this happened before. i had growl installed but didnt like it, and thought i uninstalled it. i'm gonna go looking for it again just to be sure, but does anyone know what this is?

well, i found the plugin, in my itunes visualizer of all places, weird. i tried to delete the file from within the actual itunes folder on my C drive, but no luck, it said i dont have permission to delete it. but now when i open and close itunes, it wont show up anymore. i'm confused.
