Question re: syncing with iTunes 9.0.

I have a ton of apps on my iPhone, organized exactly the way I want them.

With the new app organization available in iTunes 9.0, I am wondering ...

What happens the FIRST time you sync an iPhone with iTunes 9.0? Does the app organization from the iPhone transfer to iTunes? Or, does your app organization get botched, requiring you to reorganize it in iTunes and then sync again?

When you click on the applications tab (after it finds your apps) it shows a side pane with each of your iPhone screens. They are set up just like I had them in 3.0.1.
