Is there a way for the device to connect to iTunes (on my Windows PC) using Wi-Fi so that I don't have to plug the device using the USB port?

I have a Wi-Fi cable router, but the PC with the iTunes installed on it is connected to the router using ethernet cable. I also have a laptop that uses wireless connection to the router.

Thanks.

You would have to have a MobileMe account or another similar account to get email/calendar/contacts OTA syncing. Toodledo and others will sync OTA for tasks and such. Docs2Go and QuickOffice have WiFi sync with your computer for document transfer.

I rarely sync my iPhone with the cable anymore. Only to back it up every so often. So it you sync wirelessly but you have to set up some services first.

I'll be using Exchance Activesync to sync up (OTA) with my work server.

I don't mind using the USB cable and iTunes at home to sync with another PIM (which one?) for my personal calendar and contacts.
