Some songs from iTunes dont work????

help!!!!!!

i need my music back. lol. the most recent songs i bought from iTunes work (like 5 of them), but the older ones don't. i have no idea what i did. so if some one has a solution it would be greatly appreciated.

Can you provide us wiht more information as to what you were doing when this went wrong?

If they're older songs you bought on iTunes, they're likely locked down with DRM, meaning you can only play them on machines authorized with your iTunes account credentials.

If new music plays but old music doesn't, you might have logged in under a different user name/password when you bought the new music?

Check how you're logged in, and make sure you use the Authorize command in the iTunes menu to make sure the machine you're trying to play the music on is authorized.

yesterday i was trying to add songs to my phone from my computer and never had any luck. so i think maybe i did something in the process.
