    Default 2nd gen troubles

    So ive tried to update the version but all i get from itunes is a message saying that 4.2.1 isthe highest update the is Please Help

    OS updates are not available for all versions of iPhone/iPad/iPod hardware. Older hardware is generally dropped as the OS versions get higher.

    I also just did a reset on my granddaughter's iPod second gen and lost netflix. and crackle.
    Never liked Apple, love it now.

    Current set up:
    3gs 32 gb white, iOS 4.3.1 JBed with redsn0w.
    2g 16gb ipod touch, iOS 4.2.1
