I know it was never released, but jailbreaking often yields certain fruits and/or custom roms. It kinda bugs me that Apple never released it for the 3rd gen iPod but it was released for the 3GS. Also, I really want the new iTunes/App stores.

Jail breaking can do themes not iOS installs .. Roms your referring to rooting on android ..

If apple don't support it .. It can't be installed
