Why can't I move back & forth through the tracks while connected via Bluetooth with my iPod Touch and my Powerbeats 2?

Blutooth connected my Powerbeats 2 just fine. Loud up and down, pause works fine. But I cannot toggle to next track or back. Any ideas? The Powerbeats 2 work perfectly with my Ipad Air.

I don't know. Try un-pairing with them and then pair again to see if that helps.
