need help on blocking

I have a stalker on my iPod Touch 4th generation on ios 6.1.6. this person is blocked on my ipad 4 on ios 7.1.1 but not the iPod Touch 4th generation. Any ideals how to stop this

I guess you can go to settings> iMessage > blocked and add contact

Also if I can jailbreak the iPod Touch 4th generation on ios 6.1.6 is there a blocking feature.

Your phone carrier might block the number. Verizon will block up to 5 numbers at a time free.

Luckily for you, you won't be able to use FaceTime on iOS below 7.0.4.

As far as iMessage goes, you have to look in Cydia for this. I am not familiar with Cydia

The reason they're blocked on your iPad is because the blocking feature was introduced in iOS 7 but isn't present in iOS 6.

iBlacklist would be the jailbreak tweak for your iPod.
