K, need some help here... My son has an iPod 5th gen touch, when he receives game notifications or FaceTime calls, the led for the camera flashes constantly, when the screen has been locked. Is there a specific setting for this that I am missing or something new?
My gf has one and it doesn't do it with hers, the only difference I noticed (settings appear to be same) is the model number in Settings>About, his is an MD720C/A, hers is MD717C/A and I haven't found any apps that would change this

Your sons iPod is either Jailbroken or I think I remember there are some accessibility settings where you can have the camera LED flash. I'll update in a minute if I find more info for you.

Here's how you do it go to settings, General, Accessibility and look for "LED flash for alerts" toggle it on.

I’m running iOS 7.1, beta 5, but the settings are in

Settings > General > Accessibility > LED Flash for Alerts > [ON|OFF]

Awesome thank you! Kinda new to iOS so I didn't see it before. And Of course there is no setting for that in my iPad as it doesn't have a flash.

Doesn't surprise me as he tends to explore EVERYTHING in is iPod lol

Thanks again
