This case is called Cookie Case Touch, it's found on Amazon. Not only does it make your iTouch look like and iPhone, it's actually one of the better cases because it makes it easier to hold. The iPod Touch I think is too thin. But too thin is good!

Mine did not work the at&t thing did not appear but the flickr thing worked and the text icon worked i cannont find the icall app that looks like yours!

LOL why not just purchase an iPhone in the first place?
It's like customizing your XP to look like a Win 7 or tuning your car to look like its nasty sport-edition bigger brother - the process itself along with a satisfactory result is arguably more entertaining than owning a Win 7 or the sports car.
