iPhone 8 modular?

What if iPhone 8 was made modular with all kinds of smart accessories a la Moto Z? Just saw the Hasselblad Camera module for the Moto Z and it's glorious. This would create a whole market for modular hardware similar to what the App Store done software-wise.

Most probably the iPhone 8 will not be modular( according to the rumours as of now).
Would be great if they make it modular though!

Apple has always been about closed systems, so I don't really see this happening. I think if they ever did go modular, it would be Apple exclusive hardware.

Yeah I agree..I don't see Apple going the modular way anytime soon...they tend to obsessive control every last thing about their devices and to let 3rd party developers and manufacturers make part of their device would be give them nightmares...
