how do i track my daughters iphone from mine

I know there is a way to track phone but I cant find out how. and can you track more than 1

I'm not sure how you can track more than one phone (perhaps it's in the family share.. did you check there?), but when my kids were living at home we all used the Life 360 app. It has a check-in button, a button to request a check-in, a panic button, you can see were everyone in the family is located at any given time, it lists convicted child predators on the map and where they live, police, fire department, and hospitals are also on the map.

About a year or so ago, they added a feature where you can add a specific address to a family member (school for example), and the app will tell you when they get to that address and again when they leave.

My daughter will be 10 and that's feat I did ^^^. She's technically mostly always near, but still the Find My Friends app is enabled for safety reasons
