Apple India Launching New iPhone 6s/6s Plus In India On 16th October 2015.

Just Got The News That Apple Is Going To Price New iPhone 6s/6s Plus With Increased Price of ₹ 10,000 More From Last Year's iPhone 6/6Plus, Many Online Websites Of India Started Taking Pre Orders For New Apple iPhones With The High Price Tag, I Dont Understand Why Apple Started Looting Indian Users.

The Current Currency Rate Of India According To Usa Is :- 1 USD = 64.94 Rupees

Our Indian iPhone 6s Lowest Variant Price Of ₹ 62000 Is Like 955 Usd Which Is Very Expensive, But The Usa People Getting It Only For 649 USD.

The iPhone 6s 16 GB will be sold for Rs 62,000, the 64 GB variant for Rs 72,000 and the 128 GB version for Rs 82,000. The iPhone 6s Plus 16 GB is priced at Rs 72,000, the 64 GB at Rs 82,000 and the highest, 128 GB variant will cost a consumer Rs 92,000.

P.S. :- Its Better To Skip iPhone 6s This Time For iPhone 6 Owners.ImageUploadedByiMore Forums1444361158.299234.jpg

Blame it on the increase in duty fees on the product and the fact that your currency is weak compared to the US dollar right now. Apple isn't directly trying to screw any one market by pricing the device out of their reach...this doesn't make sense to them financially. What they are doing is following the countries economic trend and also adjusting cost to reflect an increase in cost for them to even offer the device there. You have to remember that India really isn't a large market for Apple or the iPhone in terms of volumes sold (especially compared to the other entry level smart phones on the market).

Just because you can't afford it doesn't mean it won't sell out on the 16 of October in India.

I dont think so, apple must be sending few units to show that it is sold out, after 1 week everything will be settled down and these iphones will be selling online at discounted price.

So if they sellout, you claim it's because Apple restricted supply. Ok.
