Tips for setting up my first iPhone?

Long-time Android user receiving my 6s tomorrow.

Any tips or maybe a good guide for setting one up for the first time?

Do's and don'ts?

I'm a Linux user so I won't have access to iTunes.

To transfer Gmail, Contacts and Calendar, I'm assuming this is the best way to do it?

Try the Move to iOS app on the Play Store. It's rated terribly only because of the Apple haters posting crazy reviews but I'm sure it works just fine.

I've read that people have had issues using that app over on reddit. I think it's overkill for me anyway since I don't plan on transferring my bookmarks, text messages, pics or music.

Pick out a password keeper. 1Password is great. They offer great support too..

I'm already a paid LastPass user so I'll probably be using that. Any benefits of 1Password over LastPass?

Also, if I use one of these, there's no need to enable iCloud Keychain right?

Not too sure. 1Password integrates wonderfully with iOS and its compatible with Touch ID.
