I apologize for the "noobness" of this question which may or may not make any sense, but:

Does having Siri always listening when the phone is plugged into power use up lithium ion cycles or does the battery sort of just go into standby mode and all power is pulled from the outlet?

I assume it's similar to how notifications work and just draws from the iPhone battery. I don't believe that uses up cycles for the battery

To use up 1 cycle phone needs to charge 0-100 . Example if your phone is at 50% and you charge it to a 100% that counts as 1/2 a cycle .
