I'm seriously considering the new iphone. I'm currently using the HTC One and I love how it works concert audio recordings and its battery life. And android L makes jumping to ios 8 a bit more difficult

Why don't you wait till Tuesday before you try and make a decision. No sense in trying to decide now before we even know anything about the iPhone.

Then why are you considering getting an iPhone 6? If you're more than satisfied with your current device like you appear to be, why risk getting a device that may not be to your liking? You've already stated that Android L make jumping to iOS 8 more difficult. Again, why risk it?

If you love your HTC one why would you consider switching? Take a look at the iPhone 6 and use whichever device works best for you. Good luck.

If you are interested in changing to iOS you need to become aware early on that unless you jailbreak, iOS manages everything through iTunes and customisation is not as available.

That said, I absolutely love iOS and prefer it to KitKat. You need to list what is most valuable to you - the Apple ecosystem which is, admittedly, closed, or the open, admitedly more fragmented, Android experience.

I would wait until the announcement to see what the iPhone 6 brings and iOS 8 for that matter. The HTC One (if you're talking about the M8) is a beautiful phone and it offers everything I love. I wouldn't be able to choose myself I I had to make a chose.

Now that the announcement is made, what do you think now?
