Iphone SE touch screen freezing issue

My iphone SE sometimes when I receive phone call, I cant slide to unlock or get the call. This usually happens. I've just using it for 2 months. Pls advise what's happening to my phone. T.T Thank you!!

I've had this issue with all my iPhone's. When that happens, click the home button during the incoming call, then swipe to answer. It's an annoying intermittent issue that I can't figure out why it happens.
