how do i get purchased songs to ringtones

I had to get replacement iPhone SE, everything came over but ringtone is on default. The music is there and I can play it but can't figure out how to make it a ringtone. These were ringtones on old iphoneSE. There is noplace that says store, connect, ringtone, set as..

One of the downfalls of IOS is that you have to sync phone to a computer with itunes to add ringtones.
