Morning.

Anyone running Plex on a family share? I had this working fine shared with my girlfriend and my son and running on my iPhone and iPad. The app is listed in the App Store as family sharing compatible.

Now it works on my iPhone and iPad, it works on my son's iPod but my girlfriend's iPhone has the restore purchase error.

Now I bought Plex when it was a paid app, I don't have nor want a Plex pass, I just want this to work as it should. Plex on twitter say I can't share an in app purchase but I've never made one I want to share and they just don't seem to be able to comprehend this.

Anyone had this problem and how did you solve it?

I should add that this has worked for months. This error that has now come about happened two days ago. It previously worked

A month on and this is no further closer to being solved.

I paid £3.99 for this app before it became free. I am not looking to share an in app purchase, I am looking to share a paid for app which I am perfectly entitled to do.

Plex are of no help at all!
