Never seen this before

I sometimes use Skyfire which is an alternative to Safari and when opening it tonight I got this pop up.
Has anyone ever seen this before?

Yes. I get the same thing with Pro HDR X, a camera app that I use. It is because the app has not been optimized for iOS 10. You app will still work. Mine works fine.
