Sync Outlook and iOS Reminders into one app

I'm looking for an app that will allow me to sync Outlook tasks and iOS Reminders while keeping everything about the task/reminder as is. By this I mean I can sync Outlook tasks with iOS Reminders, but it changes my set alarms to 12:00am.

Sync Outlook and iOS Reminders into one app

Maybe I'm missing something. I just logged in to my Outlook.com account via a web browser on my iPad Pro and created a task set to begin a 6:10 PM. Afterwards, there was a task set in the native Reminders app for 6:10 PM. Yes, Outlook is syncing with the Reminders app. Anyway, at exactly 6:10 PM, I received the alert in regard to the task I had set. My task time was not changed. I am running iOS 9.3.2 beta 4, by the way.
