Fitness App similar to S-Health?

Haven't seen any one app that encompasses everything that S-Health can do. That being said I'm not a fan of S-Health at all.

Well to track workouts I use runkeeper and for steps the phone does it itself. As far as bp and heart rate and other biometrics you won't get with just the phone because there isn't a sensor for it. You may be better off getting a watch of some sort that tracks all of it and use an app on the phone to manage it.

I don't see a built in step counter on my phone?
Yes, true, S-Health you have to type those in, but nice all in one place.

The health app does track steps to include running and flights of stairs. Its automatically installed on your phone. You can get the Apple Watch to sync and track all of the other things.

Ok this is bugging me, I googled, everything I read says iPhones come with a health app, I don't have it on mine???
