I have been looking for an app that you can download music and listen without Wi-Fi and data. I searched a lot but all of them requires data to run I need the one you can stream music outside without Wi-Fi. Anyone knows about that or have any information?

Welcome to iMore! The only ones I see only download YOUR Music from cloud storage to offline. Is that what you want? I just use the stock music app. If you're looking for more than that, it won't happen.
