In my Netflix and HBO Now Apps I have background audio and no dialogue. Why?

In my Netflix and HBO Now Apps I have background audio and no dialogue.

While in Netflix or HBO Now only background audio can be heard. No conversations from any of the actors. All the other apps seem to work fine, You Tube, Hulu, TWC, NFL and so on. I have deleted the Netflix app and reinstalled with the same results. Then tried restarting Apple TV, nothing changed. I get picture and music and all background audio and no dialogue what so ever. Can you hear me now???

Reset the TV and/or update to the latest tvOS, if you haven't already.

Thanks to Apple Care, figured out the audio needs to be set to stereo and not auto or surround sound (5.1). Thanks so much Apple Care.
