How to Reset a farming game?

Hi, I have iPad Air(iOS 9.1). I have installed 'Hayday' game in it. I want to reset the game and start from the beginning. I tried Deleting app along with the Documents and Data and restarted iPad and installed the game again, but it still loads only my old game progress. I switched off iCloud Backup too, how is it possible to reset the game without factory resetting my iPad?

I know its tied to game center- Not sure how to do it- Personally I would try to contact the developer- Good luck.
