Dear Members,

We have recently launched our another app named "Troll Snap". The graphics have been made very awesome and the quality of the App is also very good. Please see the link https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/troll-snap/id1007936992?ls=1&mt=8

But like other Apps, we are facing the same problem. Due to inexperience in marketing, we can't getting proper downloads.

Please help me out how can I get rid of this problems ?

Thanks

Wishing you good luck. I'm assuming you found this forum by googling. Keep doing that.

Find gaming events close to you. Figure out who is going as press and reach out before to introduce yourself and possibly get an invite to at least say hello at event. Then just go and meet anyone you can. You'll get some exposure with gamers by exhibiting yourself but mobile isn't as exciting as console for most attendees. However, if you can get written up by a bunch of press, the word off mouth from their readers can be good. Have an interesting story about your project that gives them something interesting to write about. Make yourself interesting and your project interesting makes others want to tell your story. Be pro with every journalist (and gamer) you meet. A one person, small blog can grow and your new friendship and relationship to anyone could grow with them - and you.

Just as a related critique here, your pitch in this post is: my game is nice, we worked hard, we need more users. Find something personal about you and your team that is interesting to get noticed. Talk about why the game is fun, or unique - not how nice the graphics are and you'll gather more interest. Hope that is helpful.

To get more advice like this go to local meetups. You can share info like this and have a great time with like minded folks.

I am sure having a website to show off your game couldn't hurt. You mentioned the great looking graphics, so making a website should be a breeze and look fantastic.

Lots of devs don't have instant success even for very quality games. It can take 3-6 great games before you have any kind of momentum in many cases. Don't lose faith. Happy users buy back catalogue.

Good luck and keep plugging away!

Just took a look. Realizing now that your app isn't a game, some of my advice may not apply. However, the same principles do. Just keep plugging away.
