How can I buy more lives?

I am trying to buy more lives.

cannot access the itunes store to buy more lives says it is unavailable try again. this has been going on for over 2 weeks now
I get the sign in to Itunes Store enter my password click OK Get Could not sign in X-apple-AMD-Action_message. I then click OK and it says Purchase failed Store unavailable Try again I then hit continue. What do I need to do to fix this it has been going on for 0ver 2 weeks It is very frustrating when there is only one more more that you need to win.

Some thing happens with the app, maybe. I think the developers have remove that inapp in the last update.
