How do I get my correct number in Viber?

invalid number in viber

hello
i installed viber on my iphone 5s and try to active my number but when i enter my number ,a message show invalid number and i cant pass this step.i mail my problem to viber support and they said your phone number never activate earlier check your internet connection and check and re type your phone number but these thing dont help.when i type any other number it work easily. what is wrong?can you help me?
