Odd Issue With An App!

So on 3/3/15 I download a photo editing app I find in the app AppsGoneFree. It's really a cool and different photo editor. So a few days ago I want to share the App Store link for it. But it can't be found. It's called Collider.

So I look through my purchased list but don't see it. Then I discover it's no longer available in the US App Store. OK. So I check my purchased list again. Most apps that are pulled remain in the purchased list. But instead, I find this:


Now it gets weird. I translate this Russian and it's a music app. Since it's open on my phone as the photo editing app, I can't download it. LOL So my Wife and I share the same iTunes ID and purchased list. So I download it to her phone. It looks like this on her phone:


So I launch the app:


It wants me to log in. But it's a legit site. I have a friend who has a profile there. But is this odd or what? Has this ever happened to you? I've had many apps I use get pulled. But never replaced in the purchased list with a different app by the same developers. Was this an error by iTunes? Twilight Zone? What are your thoughts?

I searched for the developer in the AppStore and only found this one photo app:

The collider app had some neat stuff, like "curves".

I downloaded that one. It's the same app. It's has a better UL and the features are more modern. Americanized I guess. So I'll delete the Russian/Ukrainian version. I might download the music app and log in. See what music plays. LOL

Thanks, @Karenkcoulter for finding that. It's still a mystery why they replaced the Collider app with the Russian music app in my purchased list.
