KeepScore makes it easy to manage scores for card games, board games, or to keep track of points for any other reason you see fit. It boasts a beautiful interface, with crisp animations.

Simply tap and hold to create new players (this can be done at any point during the game). You can drag and re-arrange players around the table to your heart's content.
