They're better now. When I first downloaded the new beta they were a little sluggish. I did a reboot and it was better.

If you tap on your avatar you can now see how many people are following you and who they are.

If they are going to send us emails telling us how many are visiting our profiles, I wish they would say who.
I'd really rather not get them. I changed my email preference. Maybe won't get any more. I had not been to Testflight since the last update.
