Wooot iMore app updated !

you know I would change over to the standard iMore app if it wasn't for the no notifications.

I'm replying via the new iMore app. I still don't know how I feel about the forum feature of it, though. Still, the app looks great.

App looks great. Still needs notifications and mod tools.

Anyone happen to know how often the new app refreshes if your Background App Refresh is turned on? I'm used to the Android version that has Manual as an option.

Yeah it gives notifications but not badges on the icon.. I have the new imore app and have been getting notifications fine. Seems some people are having issues and some aren't at this point

For the forums section, they need to add the feature where you can chose the behavior when entering a thread. Currently, it always starts at the first post. I like how in Tapatalk you can choose from Latest Post, First Unread, Oldest Post or Always ask me.

I don't think this was so much intended for regular forum use, as much as for guests and others using the iMore app for news and blogs. This gives them a taste of the forum. I find it kind of a cross between the online iPhone site in Safari and the iMore forum app. It's cool that it's there. When I'm in the iMore app reading and such, I can check the forum real quick. Needs "unread".
