Skyfire web browser app is no longer available in iPhone 4 apps store

I have had skyfire web browser app on my iPhone 4 iOS 7.0.4 for quite a long time. I had to restore my iPhone 4 at the apple store due to software issues. So I go to download it again it not there. I now have the iOS 7.1.2 what happened? I really like this app. Please bring it back.
