Because Apple said their policy is not to allow "launcher" type apps. However, there are others. It’s a rather confusing situation.

Just saw mention of this. It allows you to make short notes from the notification screen. Free for a limited time. And can be connected to Dropbox and Evernote. Hopefully Apple doesn't pull this one.

Yahoo sports shows scoreboard of your fave teams I think it's much better than the ESPN Sportscenter one in my opinion.

The AppStore seems to be behaving strangely for me too.

Evernote I discovered does not integrate. I was discussing it with someone, then found this.
