Haha same here. I can have a match where I get 10-4 and the next match I get 2-9 or something like that.

Just an FYI to find the iMore squad, search for iMore, the search is case sensitive.

I'm playing on wifi only and based on how warm my phone is getting, I don't want to play over 3G or LTE.

Also is anyone having problems with it saying "Failed Internet Connection. Please try Again"? I keep getting that even though I have 3 bars of Wi-Fi and 15 mbps download speed.

Some times. You need a always on connection to play this game so a stable connection is needed. My connection is always stable with my ISP and I get 15/1.
