Need Help: what is the best ruler app?

I tried searching the web and also this forum, but didn't find and recent reviews of the best ruler app for iOS.

Anyone have an opinion or know where I can find good reviews of apps for measuring distances etc.?

There are several novelty app for distance but nothing I know of for serious calculations but the Native Calculator supports scientific calculations

According to me there are many ruler that are really helpful for measuring angle and distance. SpectaRular is the best iphone measuring app, it is accurate as well as it measures upright objects.
