Absolute Time on Tweetbot 3?

I'm pretty new (well, returning) to iOS and iPhone but I'm loving it so far.

I'm using Tweetbot 3 and I just can't find ONE setting: is there a way to show an absolute time as opposed to the 8h, 7h, etc?

Settings / Display
Scroll to the bottom and chose DATE FORMAT: Absolute

Brilliant. Exactly what I was missing. I didn't know how far to dig into the menu!

One more easy one though: how can I quickly see my own Twitter profile?

I'm clearly missing the obvious stuff...

The last 2 icons (right most) on the menu bar at the bottom are configurable. Tap and hold one, and then tap the profile icon (the silhouette). It will change that icon position to your profile.
