Google voice, Vtok or hangouts

Please I would appreciate of someone could tell me any other best app I can call through my google voice? Have tried google voice app, Vtok and hangouts. I think Vtok is much better. Any other best alternatives ?

Have you tried Skype for both voice and or video of course or for that matter what about Facetime, Your own Native app on your phone where you can use it for voice calling. Also Welcome tro iMore.
