Any FAIR RTS game?

With fair I mean a RTS where you don't have to spend real money for boosts, more game currency and such.

I'm an user of Clash of Clans and it gets stupid when you have to wait 2 days to get a building done and only have two workers. I won't mind if I knew everybody else was in the same situation!

Damn City Hall, just finish already! Ughhhh
