Deleting apps from computer

If other people have used my apple account to download apps on their iphones is there any way to delete what they have downloaded without accessing their phones? Can I do something from iTunes or if I log in with my account on the computer?

You can delete the Apps. on your computer, however, this will not remove those Apps from another persons iPhone. You would have to remove the Apps. from the iPhone as well.
